B.COM PART-I & II (COMMERCE)
♦ One internal assessment test of 15 marks in which Part-1 of the question paper will contain 5 questions of 1 mark each (total 5 marks) in the forms of statements where the students will be required to mark as yes/no with a brief explanation in support of their choice while as Part-2 ( total 10 marks) will have 20 multi-choice questions of half mark each.
B.COM Part III
♦ One internal assessment test of 15 marks in which Part-1 of the question paper will contain 5 questions of 3 mark each question requiring answers not exceeding 200 words (3 questions to be attempted). In addition 6 marks are reserved for very short answer/multiple choice questions. 5 marks are reserved for attendance.
The test shall be of one hour duration.
B.COM FOR PART-I , II & III (ENGLISH)
- Two Internal Assignments will be based on written Assessment Test.
- 15% marks are reserved for both the Internal Assessments.
- Two internal assessments will be of 7.5 marks each .
- Each test shall be of one hour duration.
BCA FOR I, II & III
- First Internal Assignment will be based on Presentation.
- Second Internal Assignment will be based on written Assessment Test.
- 15% marks are reserved for both the Internal Assessments.
- Two internal assessments will be of 7.5 marks each for all subjects.
- Each test shall be of one hour duration.
BBA FOR PART I, II, III (COMMERCE)
- First Internal Assignment will be based on Presentation.
- Second Internal Assignment will be based on written Assessment Test.
- 15% marks are reserved for both the Internal Assessments.
- Two internal assessments will be of 7.5 marks each for all subjects.
- Each test shall be of one hour duration.
Regularity of Attendance
The college authorities will be in touch with the parents of the students who fall short of lectures in their class. However, the parents must regularly monitor the progress of their wards, Parents/guardians are expected to be in touch with the college authorities.
RULES FOR INTERNAL ASSESSMENT
Internal Assessment Tests are conducted by the following wings :
1 | A student must attend not less than 75% of the total lectures delivered during the academic session to be permitted to take the examination. |
2 | 1st Internal Assessment Test will be held in the month of November from 15th - 30th November 2013 and the 2nd Internal Assessment Test in the month of January from 15th - 31st Jan. 2013.
Penalty of Rs. 50 per subject per test will be charged from a student who fails to appear in the test the first time. |
3 | 20% of the marks in each subject are reserved for Internal Assessment. (A student has to pass in the Internal Assessment separately. Students failing to avail the first opportunity to appear in the Internal Assessment Test will be granted a second chance subject to a review of their applications by the concerned committee). |
